  • How far in advance do I need to schedule a pickup?

    Most pickups can be scheduled same-day or next-day, depending on your route's timing. We recommend booking a day ahead when possible to guarantee your preferred window.

  • What if I'm not home during my pickup or delivery window?

    No problem — just let us know a safe spot to leave your items, or arrange a time with our driver directly. We'll always confirm details ahead of your appointment.

  • Is there a minimum order for free pickup and delivery?

    Pickup and delivery is free for our regular service area with no hidden fees. Give us a call if you have questions about your specific order.

  • How long does it take to get my items back?

    Most orders are cleaned and pressed in time to be returned on your next scheduled weekly delivery, so you can typically expect your order back within one week.


    Need something sooner? Please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss faster turnaround options. In some cases, your order may be available for pickup at our Hayden location before your next scheduled delivery.

  • Can I schedule recurring pickups?

    Yes — many of our customers set up a regular weekly or biweekly pickup schedule. Just mention it when you request your first pickup and we'll get you set up.
