Turnaround time depends on the item and service requested. We’ll let you know when your order will be ready, and specialty items may require additional time.

Do I need to prepare my clothes before bringing them in?
No special preparation is needed. Please check your pockets for personal items, and let us know about any stains, damage, or special concerns when you drop off your order.
How does free pickup and delivery work?
Once you’re on our route service, simply let us know when you have items ready. We’ll pick them up from your home or office, process them, and return the finished order on your scheduled route.
What happens if you find a problem with an item before cleaning it?
We inspect items before processing. If we identify something that requires special attention or could affect how an item should be cleaned, we can address it before proceeding.
